Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD)

The ARD process helps nonviolent first offenders avoid criminal conviction and the resulting criminal record. It is an intervention program that takes place before trial. While it can be used for a variety of offenses, it is primarily a tool for DUI/DWI defense. If you have been charged with drunk driving, the accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) program puts the criminal justice process on hold. It allows you to go on probation with several necessary conditions. If you complete the program, the DUI/DWI charges will be legally dismissed. I can help you qualify for this process.

Record Expungement

Several methods are available that allow you to expunge your criminal record. Expungement refers to a process by which the record of a person’s arrest, their fingerprints, mug shots, case disposition, computer records and conviction are destroyed. This eliminates all evidence of the criminal offense on your record, allowing you to move forward with your life knowing that a criminal record will not be viewable by potential employers, creditors, and others.
